Job Description

Required - Support WorkerPay Rates:MonFri £12.26SatSun £14.71Sleep ins £9.77Shift Patterns:12 hour shifts 8:00pm to 8:00am shifts availableWe are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with medium to long term complex health care needs.Our client is a young lady who has learning disabilities, nonverbal and Cerebral Palsy. She lives in the Forsbrook, Stoke-On-Trentarea within the grounds of the family home. Your role is to meet her medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care. Key Responsibilities

  • All aspects of personal care
  • Support with communication
  • Mobility support (hoisted)
  • Support with nutrition via peg
  • Support with medication administration
  • Accessing the community
  • Support with personal hygiene
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Driving licence and own car ideally
  • Communication skills
