Job Description

Take your career to the next level as you lead the Clinical team as a Night Site Co-Ordinator/Manager at The Woodhouse.As a Night Co-Ordinator you will be working nights with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring all Governance processes are adhered to, safety measures are implemented and promote holistic quality care for everyone to follow.Reporting to Lead Nurses, you will be a valued member of the team where you will be supported to reach your career goals. You will have access to a variety of training courses and support with your learning and development.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhere at all times to the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Conduct a legal, ethical, and accountable practice and remain open to the scrutiny of peers.
  • Respect the rights of others sensitively and with regard to issues of equality and diversity.
  • Promote and ensure that each member of the team works to the standards of ethical practice.
  • Ensure the wards are staffed with the correct skill mix
  • Provide strong and robust leadership in the clinical environment
  • Monitor the performance and conduct of staff and to take corrective action when necessary
  • Act as key worker for a designated group of patients and associate nurse as required
  • Support junior staff in their contribution to therapeutic interventions as agreed by the interdisciplinary team
  • Apply recognised therapeutic interventions e.g. PBS
To be successful in this role, youll need:
  • Registered NMC Nurse with RMN/RNLD Qualification
  • Relevant Clinical Experience in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of leadership skills
  • First level nurse with evidence of professional development, relevant skills and knowledge
  • Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment
