Job Description

Multi Trade JoinerNovus Property Solutionsare a dynamic, award winning property maintenance specialist with more than 700 staff in 26 Locations across the UK providing a combination of local knowledge and national strength. Novus are a family run companywith a rich 124-year heritage and as a leadingspecialist in planned and responsive maintenance, refurbishment and new build we deliver a range of services delivering bespoke solutions to client needs.Our vision is to be the leader in building and maintenance solutions, delivered with compassion and care for the communities in which we operate.As a result of our success we are seeking a Multi Trade Joiner covering the Stoke on Trent area.Skills and experience required:

  • Experienced Multi Trade Joiner including to work on internal doors, frames, skirting and kitchens. Also UPVC - Fascia, Soffits, Bargeboards, RWG, Windows and Doors replacement
  • Previous experience within social housing
  • A successful candidate must be able to provide evidence of qualifications or training held, NVQ 2 Joinery or C&G Level 3
  • CSCS card or CSkills preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Full UK Driving licence is required as company van is provided
  • This role requires a DBS check
  • On call rota will be apart of this role
