Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer.Hours: Continental Shifts, 3 on, 3 off based on a 12 hour shift.Salary: £30-£40K based on experience/abilitiesEssential Skills:• Trained & certificated in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, but with experience of both disciplines.• Minimum 5 years experience in an automated production environment.• Good working knowledge of fluid power systems.• Experience of working with robotic systems.• Experience of working shifts.• Experience of PPM scheduling.Examples of day to day work:• Stripping/Repairing Pumps and Gearboxes.• Faultfinding automated transport systems.• Faultfinding electro-pneumatic systems.• Robot program adjustments.• PLC modifications.• Minor electrical installations.• Site maintenance.• Fabrication/Welding.• Fault finding proportional hydraulic systems.• Fault finding 3 phase motor control circuits.Person Skills:• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal• Strong organization skills• Able to work on own initiative• Good team skills
