Job Introduction Sodexo Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Monitoring Officer to enable contractual compliance on our sites. In this role you will support compliance, maintain and improve the quality and performance of services provided via detailed survey andreporting on data within the Quality Assurance/Performance Monitoring regime. You will work closely with the Compliance and Performance Manager and the Service Managers in determining, investigating and resolving quality issues; identifying system gaps toensure maintenance of high-quality business management data. Audits and analysis and interpretation of information is critical to this role; you will develop an overview and performance improvement plans based on the analysis and audits undertaken.If you can work to deadlines and balance competing priorities, can be empathetic and re-assuring, persuasive, resilient, motivational, have attention to detail and a have good negotiation skills - this is a fantastic opportunity for you.You will need to be flexible as you will work across 2 hospital sites.
