An exciting opportunity to join a Blue-Chip organisation that supplies luxury brands globally has arisen within the Marketing Department as a Marketing Manager - managing the process of creating the customer-facing materials to ensure maximum coverageto the markets. Our client is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to join the existing team and play an integral part in delivering iconic brands to ensure growth.This role acts as the main link between Global Marketing, Brand Development and the UK Sales Team and creates the best Marketing Activation plans to support growth for the brands.The duties include:* Developing and implementation of strategic marketing plans and campaigns to meet both company and individual brand targets for the UK Market* To optimise, plan and lead the implementation of the plans to support the overall development of the brands to identified KPIs* To manage and lead the promotional strategy and activity levels across UK distribution channels* Monitoring, analysing and evaluating marketing trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activities to identify brand and marketing opportunities to support growth plans* Managing the budget for the brand and securing the best ROI against targets* To provide consumer and competitive input on RRP setting and recommendations on pricing* To lead the portfolio and range management reviews in line with business objectives and market needs by channel* Coordination, collation and feedback for New Products proposals from a UK perspectiveCandidate Requirements:* Masters or Degree in Marketing* Ideally have 3 years previous marketing experience of working at this level* Someone who thrives on building strong relationships* Someone who has experience of working both strategically and operationally creating the vision for the brand, producing the analysis for budgets and executing the plans* Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have the following experience: Activation Marketing experience, Marketing ManagerCommutable from: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe, Derby, Uttoxeter, Stafford, Nantwich, Eccleshall.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (hybrid working available)Salary: circa £40,000 per annum + bonusBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
