Job Description

MARKETING COORDINATOR£25,000 - £30,000MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 37.5HRSPERMANENT POSITION STOKE-ON-TRENTSince 2004, our client have been independently owned importer and distributor, who have offered high quality and highly respected industry leading brands to the housewares industry. Enthusiasm, drive and determination are three things that our client strive on here, seekingnew opportunities and building strong relationships with all of our customers to ensure satisfaction at all times.KPI Recruiting are currently partnering with our respected client in the search for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their Stoke-on-Trent based team. Working on a full-time permanent basis, where you will be an important addition to their Marketingteam!Responsibilities:

  • Create awareness of and develop the brand and represented brands through digital and traditional channels. Focusing on B2C and B2B communication.
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press and through social
  • Work closely with the MD and utilise your own skills, using Adobe to design marketing Materials such as brochures, flyers and adverts
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Produce creative content, including videos, newsletters (Klaviyo or Privy) and blog posts
  • Run social media channels for four/five brands on IG and Facebook
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Source and secure relations with food influencers and bloggers
  • Liaise with designers and printers and organise external or your own photo shoots
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update customer communication through digital platforms
  • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity
  • Lead and plan for the business, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Administrative skills
  • Must be able to work in a busy office environment
