Job Description

Salary: £30k Basic - £70-80k OTE Per AnnumOur client is looking for a dynamic Management Accountant who will be forward thinking and hands-on, who will appreciate a varied role working to provide robust accounting support and analysis across the expanding client base as well as their own fast moving and exciting business.You may currently be working in a similar role as part of an in-house finance team and be looking for the next challenge to sink your teeth in to. You must be CIMA qualified (or working towards this currently).This exciting role would give you the opportunity to develop your coaching skills and share the experiences you bring with Business Owners who have ambitions to grow.It’s an important role and requires a focused mind and a real passion for helping others to succeed.You will be meeting Owners and Directors of companies on a daily basis; helping them to:

  • Establish meaningful personal and business goals
  • Initiate organisational change
  • Improve financial management
  • Build business processes and systems
  • Develop great teams of people with a strong business culture
  • Prepare for sale and expansion.
    • The ideal candidate:
  • Must be part-qualified/qualified accountant (CIMA) with an appreciation of general accounting
  • Will be a team player, with a track record of delivering results
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs
  • Genuinely Interested in business and making a difference, motivated by helping other people succeed
  • Will be well networked with UK Business Owners.
