Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a market global leader with very competitive benefits working Days as a Maintenance Manager.The resident Site Maintenance Manager will lead a multi-skilled maintenance team to consistently deliver the full scope of the site maintenance responsibilities on time and within budget.40 hour week, 25 Days Holiday, 10% Pension plus much more.Talent: Maintenance Manager

  • Complete reviews with your site team within the company timelines.
  • Review development needs of the site technicians
  • Coach and mentor all staff to embrace design/industry standards.
  • Implement a succession planning model to ensure the continued quality of employees and delivery
Health & Safety: Maintenance Manager
  • Ensure compliance with the company Health & Safety policy
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
  • Create the site Health & Safety plan ensuring that it is maintained and adhered to
Delivery: Maintenance Manager
  • Deliver budget and demonstrate cost control within contractual guidelines
  • Meet pre-agreed KPI targets
  • Prioritise and plan AMHE repairs
  • Maintain all relevant service records
  • Prioritise system faults
Technical: Maintenance Manager
  • Ensure full utilization of maintenance types and spares management
  • Ensure all Safety Critical PPMs are completed before or on the due date,
  • Promote, support, and propagate the standardisation of maintenance practices within the Region
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards i.e. EN258
  • HNC / HND / or Degree qualified
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Trained
  • Budget and cost control experience essential
