Job Description

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support the Companys operation in Stoke working as part of a team to maintain our varied portfolio in multiple locations on reactive and planned works.As a multi-skilled tradesperson your role will be to maintain our buildings to the highest standards and meeting HSE building compliance legislation. You will be required to carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance.You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, weekends may be required along with providing an on-call service.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in multiple maintenance disciplines.
  • Experience of COSHH, risk assessments and permits to work.
  • Computer literate including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with a flexible approach to working.
  • Work as part of a team and independently.
  • Possession of a current valid driving licence is essential.
Main Responsibilities
  • Completing a full range of general maintenance duties to a high standard.
  • Performing reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
  • Providing on call response to out of hours emergencies.
  • Performing a wide scope of general maintenance tasks including joinery, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works to a high standard.
