Litigation SolicitorStoke-on-Trent£40,000£46,000 A Litigation Solicitor role has arisen in Stoke at a Legal 500 practice that has the high-quality work you would expect in a national practice. This is a full-time permanent role that offers hybrid working.My client is a reputable practice with three offices, offering a Litigation Solicitor top quality work, hybrid working, clear career progressions with two appraisals each year, along with structured advice on how to reach the next step on the career ladder,with an overall exceptional work/life balance!The Dispute Resolution team is now at an exciting stage of expansion, with the current team consisting of two partners, an associate, and a solicitor, along with paralegal support. Due to expansion and growth, they are now looking to appoint a a solicitor with35 years PQE to join them.To be considered, our client is looking for a litigation solicitor with experience in General Commercial Litigation as well as Property Litigation. Experience with SMEs is also desired, particularly with Breach of Contract, Professional Negligence, ShareholderDisputes, Landlord and Tenant, generally along with Breach of Statutory/Fiduciary duties. Experience with Insolvency Litigation, Contentious Probate and Construction is desirable but not essential.The firm has targets and as a general principle aims for 4 chargeable hours.
