Learning and Development CoordinatorHome Based (Newcastle-under-Lyme) with flexibility for occasional travel to the office£26,858 (FTE) £15,243 (pro rata’d)21 Hours per weekOur client currently has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to provide full training administration support by coordinating the delivery of activities and programmes, and assisting with the event organising process.Actively promoting a positive learning and communications culture throughout the business, you will manage all communication throughout the training process and assist in the successful delivery of training events. Utilising your excellent communication skills you will facilitate the face to face and onboarding sessions, liaising with subject matter experts to ensure individual growth for all. Other duties will include the effective deployment of all joining instructions and course materials, circulating monthly and quarterly training reports and inputting relevant data into our systems and spreadsheets.You will maintain and update the Learning and Development databases and ensure that all data and statistical information for the department is up to date, therefore it is essential you possess excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work methodically and accurately under pressure.Educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, you will be an organised and meticulous Administrator with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. It is essential that you are IT literate and a confident user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will thrive on the challenge of supplying first class administration support and be experienced in delivering administrative duties and will be a logical thinker who is willing to own and solve problems. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team and will be adept at managing your own workload with the ability to adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities. It would be advantageous for you to have experience of working within a Learning & Development or Training environment, although training will be provided.Due to the nature of the role, although working from home, you will be required to attend training events / office on occasions.
