SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Information Security and Risk team. You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Infosec team within Davies group. This role requires an ability of self-governance and a desire to pursuea career within the Information security industry, as it offers excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate.*Previous called Information Security and Risk Support Officer*Working HoursMonday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.Duties and Responsibilities:Organise Project MeetingsOn a regular basis, Information Security and Risk Support Officer meets with stakeholders to review progress and to discuss future projects. The Information Security and Risk Support Officer also arranges meetings with stakeholders. They organize appropriatemeeting rooms and any refreshments, contact the attendees and note any who cant attend. Before the meeting, they send out any relevant information, and they attend each meeting to take minutes.Maintain DocumentsThe Information Security and Risk Support Officer is responsible for maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress. They file all project documents in an appropriate database or library, and ensure that all documents are accurate andhave been accepted by the EU GDPR Project Manager.Identify Problems or RisksBeing so closely involved in the project, the Information Security and Risk Support Officer is relied upon to identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project. They communicate these items with their Line Manager, andwork to identify potential solutions with the IT Security Committee.Manage the ScheduleThe Information Security and Risk Support Officer closely watches all Project schedules, monitoring deadlines for each project task. They check regularly that every deadline is still possible, and report any potential delays to the EU GDPR Project Manager.Liaise with Third PartiesTo liaise and meet with the EU GDPR stakeholders to gather critical information and data that will be analysed by their Line Manager and the IT Security Committee. To data entry specialised information into project documentation for analysis by the projectgroup. To accurately maintain document control, version control of allproject files and update documentation required by their Line Manager.Skills & Experience RequiredAn analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a successful Information Security and Risk Support Officer is able to multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment. They are a team player with a high level of self-motivation and abilityto set and meet goals. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, the Davies Group are seeking an Information Security Support Officer candidate with the following skills.Core skills:
