We are a leading UK Debt Collection Agency, specialising in Debt Collection and Credit Management.We have an amazing opportunity for a graduate to join out IT team within back-office support. This is very much a hands-on role supporting the business and our clients. You must have good telephone manner and be trained to take helpdesk calls and log problemswith our inhouse tracking system.Key responsibilities:- First line support- Support the business and clients- Support our telecommunications and infrastructure within the call centre- Assist internal users- Help with the internal database and CRM systemsThe network will use is Windows 2019 servers, Azure Cloud Services, SQL Server 2008/2012 and MS office 365.Essential Experience:-Degree-Excellent Administration and communicating skills-Be able to work with people on all levelsPrevious experience in the following preferred:-Adtec case management systems-Max contact cloud telephony dialler-Microsoft office 365 and teamsMonday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern with occasional Saturday working (half day) with a day off in lieu7.30am-4.00pm and 10.30-7.00pmSalary up to £23,000 DOEBenefits:
