Job Description

Internal Sales Engineer - Engineering - Stoke£30,000 to £35,000 p.aSales Engineer, account manager, business development manager, internal sales, technical salesAn Internal Sales Engineer is required to join a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist machines and spare parts globally for Pharmaceuticals, food, polymer, Chemical and powder coating applications.The ideal candidate will have a technical sales or engineering background looking for personal development and long term career progression opportunities.As the Internal Sales Engineer your responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting the regional sales managers in achieving the company budget for given regions for Spare parts
  • Liaise with the Sales team to establish market needs
  • Analysis of costs and market pricing to achieve best margins/Sales
  • Creating price books - Costs/Sell pricing
  • Manage stock levels and re-order levels according to market needs
  • Create quotations for spare parts as and when required
  • Develop outstanding knowledge of the Product
  • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • You will require the following skills and experiences;
  • Experience in a technical sales or engineering role is essential
  • HND/HNC in an engineering qualification would be beneficial
  • Ability to read a technical drawing (preferable)
  • Energetic and positive in personality
  • Work with a purpose
  • Able to talk to people at all levels in a professional manor
  • Clear in communication skills both internally and externally
