Job Description

Internal Sales / Customer Service AdvisorAn exciting position has become available for a full time Internal Sales / Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team based in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will earn Basic £20,000 to £22,000 according to experience plus uncapped commissionand bonus, up to £38,000The monthly target is both realistic and achievable. All current staff achieve it every month with no exception, and receive bonus and commission monthly.Role Requirements

  • Good communication skills (no cold calls)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and creative
  • Dynamic and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise and manage time well
Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales manager in all aspects of obtaining and processing sales orders
  • Prepare quotations and invoices
  • Follow up quotations
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Prepare sales information

Due to increased levels of business and ongoing expansion, they are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Advisor to assist in developingthe company further.Applicants should be enthusiastic and versatile, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
