Internal Sales Admin - Temporary Protection MaterialsJob Title: Internal Sales Admin - Temporary Protection MaterialsIndustry Sector: Temporary Protection, Dust Protection, Scaffolding Protection, Surface Protection, Internal Sales, Admin, Construction, End User, Sub-Contractors, Contractors, Main ContractorsWill be based: Stoke-on-Trent or surrounding areasRemuneration: £20,000The role of the Internal Sales Admin - Temporary Protection Materials will involve:

  • Internal Sales Admin for the supply of temporary protection materials; floor protection, dust protection, surface protection & protective materials
  • Answering all inbound calls to the sales office and dealing with relevant queries
  • Processing orders over email or the phone
  • Proactively chasing any outstanding deliveries to ensure projects dont run over expected time schedule
  • Responsible for ensuring the sales office is stocked up with all relevant stationary
  • Processing credit notes for customers
  • Liaising with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Deploying a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for meeting the requirements of the role
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Admin - Temporary Protection Materials with:
  • Ideally from sales admin background, however this is not essential
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive outlook
  • High levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise work load
  • IT & PC literate and a competent MS Office user
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Personable individual that is happy to help
