Job Description

We offer branding and image management solutions for our clients in transportation, fleet, retail and architectural markets, through the delivery of high impact print and graphics solutions.OverviewThe primary focus of this new role is to guide the customer on their journey through brand changes, to ensure a seamless and problem-free experience.Based within our Internal Sales Department in Stoke, you will be reporting to the Senior Internal Rail Account Manager. You will be taking responsibility for the coordination and delivery of rail customer projects, by liaising with customers/internal departments to ensure the efficient delivery of implementation projects.Your main duties will involve:Building, developing, promoting and nurturing collaborative and transparent relationships with clients.Coordination and management of customer projects, which require central administration and control.Management of customer expectations, as well as supporting/assisting with invoicing.Acting as company representation and liaison for quotes and quote requests.Acting as liaison for installation and field-based personnel, to assist in the resolution of issues or difficulties.Raise relevant internal paperwork on receipt of order; liaise with production, dispatch to ensure efficient, timely and accurate project delivery.Ensure raw material and any sundry goods and equipment are ordered and delivered to client’s site to facilitate efficient project delivery.
