They have a fantastic opportunity for an Installations Coordinator who will get the opportunity to work with their customer-focusedsales and installations team. You will be responsible for providing central office support to the Internal Account Managers and Planning and Installation Field. This role is commutable from Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Kidsgrove, Stone* As the Installations Coordinator you will be the central point of contact and support for clients* Liaise with internal departments including the subcontracting network to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate project delivery* The Installations Coordinator will provide project updates and report to both internal and external stakeholders* Ensure all internal systems are updated accurately* As the Installations Coordinator you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure jobs can be executed on time with no delays* Ensure all materials are ready to be despatched to relevant jobs Candidates Requirements:* Excellent customer services skills with a passion for providing exceptional service* Preferred experience with a product-led environment* Confident, persuasive, and articulate communication skills* Highly professional, engaging telephone manner* Ability to identify customers needs and provide solutions accordingly* Able to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines* Proven background in working in a busy and demanding role* Experience in working within an Account Management role with a large customer base would be advantageousHours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (37.5)Salary: £ 20,000 - £ 25,000Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
