They have a fantastic opportunity for an InstallationsCoordinator who will get the opportunity to work with their customer-focused sales and installations team. You will be responsible for providing central office support to the Internal Account Managers and Planning and Installation Field. This role is commutable from: Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Kidsgrove, Stone* As the Installations Coordinator you will be the central point of contact and support for clients* Liaise with internal departments including the subcontract network to ensure efficient, timely and accurate project delivery* The Installations Coordinator will provide project updates and report to both internal and external stakeholders* Ensure all internal systems are updated accurately* As the Installations Coordinator you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure jobs can be executed on time with no delays* Ensure all materials are ready to be despatched to relevant jobs Candidate Requirements: * Excellent customer services skills with a passion for providing exceptional service* Preferred experience with a product-led environment* Confident, persuasive, and articulate communication skills* Highly professional, engaging telephone manner* Ability to identify customers needs and provide solutions accordingly* Able to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines* Proven background in working in a busy and demanding role* Experience in working within an Account Management role with a large customer base would be advantageous Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
