As a positive, confident and enthusiastic Hungarian Customer Service Advisor you will have the desire to help, guide and assist our customers with their account queries and complaintsWe have a unique and exciting opportunity for you to use your vital language skills in our successful department as part of our highly talented night shift team.You will communicate with customers via Live Chat, email and telephone, dealing with a variety of queries and complaints, including betting, payments, verification, login and general account queries.Even if you do not have sport or betting knowledge our impressive and comprehensive training plan has the capability to progress and support you as an individual. Your initial training will be completed on a day shift rota between the hours of 07:00 and23:00, working any five days from seven. After this initial training, you will join your colleagues on the night shift where your development will continue.This position is offered on a full time basis working Monday to Sunday, 7 nights on followed by a well-earned 7 nights off! There are two typical night shifts, one starting at 21:00 and finishing at 08:30, the other starting at 18:00 and finishing at 05:30.We offer a competitive salary, fantastic benefits, career progression and a generous bonus scheme.Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Good people skills. Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to translate between English and Hungarian. Ability to multitask, with attention to detail. Self-motivation and solution orientation. Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Communicating effectively with our customers in Hungarian language. Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers queries. Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution. Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat, telephone and email. Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query. Investigating and escalating queries where necessary. Promoting safer gambling.
