This scheme will take onboard TechIOSH level candidates and over a set perioddevelop you, via the NVQ route, to reach GradIOSH status.* During this programme you will spend time at our fabulous head office in Wilmslow, learning from our technical content and helpline teams. Alongside this, you will have the exposure to field consultancy working alongside several of our competent and brilliantH&S Consultants.* Once out of the programme, the support doesnt stop there! At GradIOSH status, we will place you into our IPD/CPD programme and support you to achieve CMIOSH status whilst working as an H&S Field Consultant.What we want from you is your desire to progress in health and safety in a role where your technical skills are important but so is your personality.Is this too good to be trueAs soon as you get GradIOSH, it doesnt mean its all over - you will still have a role, you will have just graduated into a full-time, field-based consultant.If youre thinking, Ive got the necessary qualifications and knowledge - but theyll never look at me because of my current role as its not H&S related, apply anyway, what have you got to loseWhat if your long-term goal isnt just H&SPerfect, we want aspiring future Fire Risk assessors or Electrical Safety professionals to apply.
