Job Description

As a Gaming Content Manager you will join the Management team that oversees our global marketing content across the Gaming products, e.g. Casino, Games, Poker and Bingo.The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering content that engages consumers with the Gaming products, providing a responsive and responsible customer experience. The role is critical in ensuring the content is of a high standard and meetsdepartment briefs, internal and supplier brand guidelines, customer communication rules and regulatory requirements across global channels.You will be passionate about content, strive for accuracy and have the experience to shape, motivate and lead the team which creates all Gaming promotional material. You will have excellent people management skills with a proven track record of mentoringand developing people. You will be exceptionally well organised, have a keen eye for promotional and regulatory detail with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insightful and engaging information to inform business decisions.
  • Self-starter, with a proven track record of delivering large volume marketing content in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
  • Analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, while working to time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and be resilent and responsive to change.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate timescales.
  • An understanding of our Gaming products and domains would be beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of the industry regulatory requirements for the countries which have Gaming products would also be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of planning and delivering a creative marketing campaign.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing all projects that involve content relating to Gaming products.
  • Approving marketing content, including all terms and conditions, for Casino, Games, Poker and Bingo offers.
  • Collaborating with other internal teams, such as International Content, Product Development, Product teams, CRM, Social Media and Affiliates marketing.
  • Supporting managers in developing team members, conducting one to ones, team meetings and other formal people management of the team.
  • Reviewing and updating internal processes in order to manage current and future project requirements, as well as identifying the need for process/tool, development specification and other improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring the standards set by the Compliance and Legal teams are adhered to in all work completed by the team.
  • Collaborating with product and tech teams to discover and onboard new Gaming partners.
  • Aligning with key stakeholders and teams to validate, refine and optimize the gaming content strategy.
  • Roadmapping priorities based on customer insight, relevant data, commercial performance, regulatory requirements and the competitive market context.
  • Reporting and communicating insight from campaign reports and content related performance tracking.
