A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French Export Administrator to work for a well-established, dynamic manufacturing business. As the French Export Administrator, you will be dealing with French customers and distributors, therefore, must be fluentin French. Covering air, sea and road freight for a variety of clients managing international shipments in a fast-paced friendly environment. The role offers a varied workload, client interaction, a competitive salary, 33 days holiday, onsite parking, pensionand healthcare scheme and employee discount.* As a French Export Administrator, you will be entering orders/quotes for customers onto the system, ensuring all the necessary information for Planning, Shipping and Despatch is complete.* Entering sample requests onto the system, ensuring they have all the correct information.* As a French Export Administrator, you will be progress-chasing sample orders with the Sample Bay to ensure the sample requests leave at the right time or are sent to dispatch in time to go with a customer order.* Logging all customer complaints onto the CRM system and liaising with Quality Control ensuring that the customer is regularly kept informed of the status of the complaint.* Being able to confidently answer customer enquiries via the telephone or email to a high standard.* As a French Export Administrator, you will be providing your customers with all necessary information regarding products. i.e., Carton/Pallet information, price information, etc.Candidate Requirements:* Experience working within a customer service role is highly preferred however not essential* Fluent French is essential* Would consider a graduate* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential* Passionate individual* Commercial minded* Strong communicator at all levels* Ideally own transport, however, this is not essentialHours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pmSalary: £21,500 per annumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
