BASIC SALARY £70,000 - £100,000 plus OTE to be discussedOur high profile Financial Advisory client is seeking to immediately appoint a qualified experienced Independent Financial Advisory to their team. This is very successful independent who is looking for someone with great gravitas. You will be taking overan exisiting client base worth approx £200M AUM.The Financial Planner bonus is related to all business, including inherited revenue, and the package works out overall at around 30% to 34% of all revenue for his/her clients. There is a requirement for compliance to be "Green" to justify any bonus.This is a unique opportunity where our client does not expect any new Financial Planner who joins them to immediately have a full revenue, because they will gradually hand over clients and this is taken into account when calculating their thresholds.
