A customer-facing role where duties are performed mostly on customer hospital sites and occasionally at our central headquarters. Meeting a variety of customer types, from clinicians through to engineers. You will discuss pricing, service contracts and search out any opportunities for sales leads to be passed on internally. Managing your own call-outs, procedures, and routine maintenance. Flexibility and adaptability to provide total customer satisfaction whilst helping maintain our steep growth trajectory. Developing your territory long-term to become more strategic and less fire-fighting or reactive.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices / EquipmentEducated to HND / HNC level in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong customer-facing skills and a tangible track record Commercial acumen and be business savvy.
