North Staffordshire based.You will need to be from an Engineering background, able to read drawings and have the drive and ability to deliver results.As Engineering Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new and managing existing sub-contractors to fulfil the overflow of Precision Engineered components used in high value applications, therefore a hands-on Engineering Background andin-depth understanding of CNC Machining techniques is essential.In addition to your engineering skills, to be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator, confident to find and secure deals with the emphasis on Quality Engineering, able to personally manage Contracts, Manufacturing, Delivery andCosts. You will be based at our facility in North Staffordshire, but will also be required to travel to visit suppliers mainly in the Midlands & North of England area.
