Applications are invited for an Electricity Network Planner based in Stokearea.You will be involved indesigning, costing and quoting projects for new electricity supplies and the replacement / diversion and reinforcement of existing electricity network assets.You will take part in detailed technical discussions with customers, architects,public authorities and landowners both over the phone and in person during site visits.You will need English and Maths GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above ORFunctional Skills Level 2 or above ANDwill be required to hold a Level 2 City & Guilds 2339 (or equivalent qualification deemed to be at the same level)in order to apply.Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.If not already attained the successful candidate will be required to undertake Level 3City & Guilds 2339.*Please note the successful candidate may initially be appointed at a lower salary until all relevant courses and training are complete.If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.As part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, all applications to Western Power Distribution jobs are automatically anonymised by our recruitment system.
