As an Electrical Engineer, you will join our Facilities team to maintain and develop our property portfolio undertaking both reactive and planned work.You will have experience working in a 24/7, large and complex engineering environment. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience of data centre engineering services and critical systems. You will have a hands-on approach to all electrical systemmaintenance, testing and installation activities on equipment including; low voltage distribution systems, switchgear, generators, transfer switches and UPS.You will also have the ability to display a working knowledge of fire systems, fire suppression, CCTV, security systems and lighting controls.Experience in supervision and control of contractor site works, including Health and Safety requirements and implementing a safe system of work is required. Familiarity of a CAFM systems for completion of daily preventive maintenance and reactive work taskswould be advantageous.Successful applicants must be able to undertake shift work, whilst supporting the Departments on-call rota, which will include responding to equipment issues. Therefore, application of good fault finding skills and communication is essential.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
