Position: Dual Home Childrens Registered Manager Location: Stoke on Trent Salary: 36,000- 40,000 DOEProspero Health and Social are currently working with a client who are seeking a Registered Manager to work across two of their homes in the Stoke on Trent area. The organisation who operate a number of residential and supported living units across the region require an experienced Registered Manager to provide supervision and support for children and young people aged 8-18 within the registered childrens homes. Applications are welcomed from experienced Registered Managers with proven ability to support young people who have been the victims of trauma and are extremely vulnerable and experience with leading staff teams.The role will be an off-shift position working Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm however you may be required to work additional hours as per the needs of the business and the young people. The role will be overseeing 2 Residential Childrens Homes, one of which is a 3 bed home in Stoke and the other is a solo also in Stoke. The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the Home. To ensure that Young People have their needs met and the home meets the standards set in the Statement of Purpose. To establish and maintain a competent, motivated and confident staffing team and to offer leadership, managerial direction, guidance and support to subordinates. To monitor the homes equipment, appliances, and grounds and ensure they are effectively maintained in accordance with health and safety requirements.
