Domestic Energy Assessor/EPC Assessor Stoke -£27,000 + Fuel allowanceClemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced home-based qualified DEA/EPC Assessor to join a growing business as part of their professional team of property specialists. You will be covering theStoke region. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the property sector to review and evaluate the overall condition of new and existing properties and conduct EPC reports. This niche role which is ideally suited to somebody who has worked inthe property sector in some capacity, ideally having a background in lettings, estate agency, conveyancing or social housing. In return you will receive the following benefits:Benefits include: £27,000 salary, 38 days holiday including bank holidays, Apple Ipad, fuel allowance, company pension scheme, home baesd position, Working hours Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.As theDomestic Energy Assessor/EPC Assessor you will be responsible for: Carry out routine property visits across the Stoke area Conduct EPC Inspections Reporting on findings detailing the condition of properties both internally and externally Routine Tenant Inspections Dealing with queries from Leaseholders on a day to day basis by phone, email and letter Working closely with the Lettings and Property Management teams in branch Keeping up to date with the latest legislation and regulations surrounding the Letting sectorAs theDomestic Energy Assessor/EPC Assessor you will have following: An understanding of leases and the property sector A strong background in office-based admin, ideally from the property sector Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills DEA Trained Hold a valid UK driving Licence DBS/CRB check desirableAt Clemence Rogers your right to privacy is important to us.
