The role is working within the credit control department but working closely with other departments within Accounts.Commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Uttoxeter and* As the Dispute Administrator they will work as part of the credit function alongside the Dispute Resolution Lead* Be the first point of contact for all disputes being received into the business* The Dispute Administrator must ensure precise communication with the Credit Control Team regarding any resolutions and information* Other duties to support the credit function on an as and when basis Candidate Requirements: * Must be competent in using Excel* Understand Credit and Debit Notes* Worked within a similar environment* Have a desire to work within credit control* Must be able to cope under pressure* Bright and bubbly nature* Exceptional communicator* Team player Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmSalary: £10 77 per hour (£21,000 per annum)Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
