Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager My client is a fast-growth Fintech in the Payments space who have recently secured £300m to continue their expansion so this is an exciting time to join the business. They are backed by some of the UKs top investors and service over 500 of the UKs most successfuland growing retail companies.They are a pioneer and leading provider of interest free credit that helps UK retailers to increase their average order values and reduce basket abandonment. They have won multiple awards including No.3 in the Deloitte Fast 50, Prolific North Tech AwardsFintech Company of the Year 2020 and Tech Growth Business of the Year Awards 2020.My client is now looking for Marketing Manager to join the team and assist the tremendous growth they are currently experiencing. An ideal candidate would have broad marketing knowledge with a passion for an element of marketing they can then progress intoand make their own remit as the team grows.Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the content that the business posts to social media platforms and our wider brand approach
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
  • Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
  • Be a part of our current rebrand journey ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Support the growth of our CRM customer journey and ensure growth opportunities within email marketing
  • Work closely and brief our content executive on campaign development
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign, measuring ROI and improving future campaigns
  • Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Requirements for the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Marketing degree
  • 2+ years in a digital marketing manager role
  • Ideally experience in tech/financial services/sas business
  • Either B2C or B2B Marketing but experience with both is ideal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoys working autonomously with a self starting attitude but also a team player
  • Is keen to collaborate with different stakeholders to make campaigns an success
  • Attention to detail
