Taking ownership and responsibility for the build, configuration, and deliveryof equipment to staff across the business. Including but not limited to new starters, leavers and desktop refresh projects with occasional desk side hardware support for on-site staff.Ensuring all work carried out is recorded within the service management tool meeting departmental KPIs and SLAs.There may be travel to various Davies office locations to provide technical support as necessary (Covid dependant), so a full UK driving licence would be required.Working Hours5 day working week with an 8-hour shift; 08:00 to 16:30Duties and Responsibilities:
