Job Description

Danish Customer Service Advisor Salary: £27,000 - £30,000Location: Stoke-on-Trent, England (remote working possible)Contract: 9 monthsAre you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an office-based position in the UKDo you have excellent customer service & people skillsDo you want to work for a reputable, global organisation We are currently recruiting a Danish speaker to join this well-established company based in Stoke-on-Trent. You would be working within the Nordics Customer Service team, taking care of existing customers in Denmark.You:

  • Fluent/native Danish and very good English
  • Some previous experience in a customer service environment (either office based or in retail)
  • Excellent communicator both over the phone and by email (you will mainly be taking care of customers in Danish)
  • Some technical knowledge would be a bonus, but full training is provided
What you will be doing:
  • Provide a high level, friendly customer service to a variety of B2B and B2C customers in Denmark over the phone and by e-mail
  • Answering the phones, handling complaints, order-taking & administration
  • Give technical advice on products
  • Build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Help create and maintain a positive, enjoyable office environment
