Job Description

A new & exciting opportunity ! Do you want to work for a friendly, fun-loving team and a business that is continuously growing! We are expanding and therefore recruiting additional staff.Ideally you will have worked in an office or Customer service Centre environment as a customer Support administrator or customer advisor & are passionate about Administration & Customer ExperienceM-F 8.30am -5pm Permanent with a salary of 19k-20kROLE

  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and wider Internal sales team in administration support
  • Speaking directly with customers over the phone and on email regarding queries .
  • Helping keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders.
  • Ensure that the size and number of accounts are fully supported
  • Ensure all targets are consistently achieved
  • Informing customers of any stock issues.
  • Filling out paperwork e.g. new line forms etc for the sales team.
  • Maintain and accurately update all customer sales related information on the database.
  • Attending tradeshows when required.
  • General administration.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Ideally experience of working within a wholesale or retail environment would be ideal.
  • Impeccable organisation and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner, good vocabulary and literacy skills.
  • Ability to act on initiative & solve problems quickly and calmly.
  • A genuine interest in the online retail industry.
  • Confidence in using MS Office.
  • Excellent English.
