As a Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor within the twilights team you will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gamblingworld.You will liaise with customers via Live Chat and email, providing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will understand event statistics and review data to make accurate decisions, as well as escalating their findings.The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with seven nights off. A typical shift is 14:00-01:30. The training will be begin on the day shift working any five days from seven.In return, we offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits. The starting salary for this position is £23,751 per annum increasing to £26,746 upon successful completion of training.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
