As a Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor within the nights team you will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gamblingworld.You will liaise with customers via Live Chat and email, providing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will understand event statistics and review data to make accurate decisions, as well as escalating their findings.The night shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with seven nights off. A typical shift is 20:00-07:30. The training will be begin on the day shift working any five days from seven. Using bespoke internal tools to assist and take ownership of communications. Communicating with our global customer base.
