Job Description

As a Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gamblingworld.You will liaise with customers via Live Chat and email, providing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will understand event statistics and review data to make accurate decisions, as well as escalating their findings.The position is offered on a full time basis working any five days from seven, including evening and weekend work.In return, we offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits. The starting salary for this position is £21,112 per annum increasing to £23,774 upon successful completion of training.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Effective problem solver.Main Responsibilities Providing first time resolutions to customers betting queries and complaints. Resolving bet settlement issues. Investigating issues thoroughly. Using bespoke internal tools to assist and take ownership of communications. Communicating with our global customer base.
