Job Description

Adecco are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Customer Service advisors to join our well established client located in Stoke on Trent, ST1 area. Successful applicants will provide support to a busy team and act as first contact for all clients to handleany queries. You will need to be a confident individual and possess a positive and outgoing attitude.Salary: £11.00ph (Temporary ongoing vacancy)Working hours: Monday - Friday Between 8.00am - 6:00pm (37.5)

  • Acting as the first point of contact to both internal and external customers
  • Managing incoming telephone calls/queries to client SLA standards
  • Managing outgoing telephone calls/queries where necessary
  • Managing customer e-mails to both SLA and Quality standards.
  • Logging incoming calls and emails into incident ticketing tool
  • Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of actions taken to support the incidents resolution
  • Maintain clear communication lines in line with company guidelines
  • Identify major incidents and escalate where required
  • Monitor all outstanding tickets
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Working under pressure and to targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience
