Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorNorth of Stoke-on-Trent - £20,000 - £22,000 + benefitsA well established building services company who cover both domestic and commercial projects across the whole North West region are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide high quality support to the operational team. The ideal candidate will beable to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to stay organised in a fast paced environment.Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
  • Communicate with clients, managers, engineers and sub-contractors to arrange appointments to maximise productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Handling general queries from clients
  • Liaise with suppliers to raise purchase orders
  • Monitor both engineers and their vehicles to make sure all relevant qualifications and certificates are up to date; re-booking training courses/repairs when necessary
  • Ensure all jobs are logged, re-booked and records are kept up to date on the in-house database as appropriate
Key requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Be organised, have ability to use own initiative and be a hard worker
  • A good foundation of IT skills
