Job Description

This company is a family run business which is friendly and professional in its approach. They are seeking an individual to join their team as a Customer / Sales Co-ordinator due to expansion and the success of the business. The working environment is a lovely, fresh, bright office and very team focused - everyone chips in wherever and lends a hand.

  • Processing orders from the e-commerce site
  • Assessing the orders and organising the materials for packaging
  • Organising the courier and producing labels
  • Responding to any email enquiries
  • Dealing with putting together quotes for customers
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone and quoting prices, working out margins etc
  • Dealing with customers chasing deliveries, general enquiries etc
  • They are a small team who help out each other so there may be some packaging up of items and moving them about if needed
    • Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have previous experience of dealing with customers over the telephone in a polite and professional manner
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Previous e-comms experience is a big advantage
  • A confident and friendly approach with customers
  • Excellent grammar and accuracy within work, someone who can compose an email or a letter for customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Any previous experience of pricing and working out margins would be a big advantage
  • If anyone has worked in a very soft sales role before this would also be an advantage (all enquiries are inbound but its just so you know how to look after a customer)
    • This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Longton, Fenton, Stone, Biddulph, Congleton, Kidsgrove, Alsager.Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 4:30pm FridaySalary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
