Job Description

Interviewing now Credit Control. We are currently working with a high-growth and busy company based in Stoke to recruit a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a temp -Perm basis . Salary 22-23kThis opportunity has arisen due to internal progression and will be working to help maximise cash flow and minimise levels of bad debt. Building relationships with customers is a key element of the role and therefore you must have prior experience in CreditControl.If you have Credit Control experience, including reconciliations and payment querying, please apply now.Duties:

  • Ensure outstanding debts are paid in a timely manner
  • Maintain contact with customers via email and phone
  • Resolve any customer queries
  • Review all customer credit limits and monitor credit ratings
  • Reconcile incoming payments
  • Investigate any payment queries or incorrect postings
Skills and experience required:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in property would be an advantage
  • Excellent IT Skills (Excel and Word)
  • Focused on customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic in achieving results
