Job Description

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for the creation and design of high quality imagery for our official social media channels.As a Creative Designer, you will have a passion for imagery and creative design and an understanding of a variety of sports.You will come up with original ideas with excellent attention to detail. The work you produce will play a huge role in achieving first class and high quality content across our social media platforms.You will be a highly motivated, positive and professional individual. A sound knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms is preferred. You will directly report to the Senior Creative Designer.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of the importance imagery plays in achieving engaging content.
  • A good knowledge of the main Social Media platforms.
  • Keen interest in a variety of sports.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and motivation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong experience of using editing software e.g. Adobe Photoshop.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating first class, high quality imagery, adhering to product and company brand guidelines.
  • Managing a brief from concept through to completion, making sure it hits the required deadlines and meets the agreed criteria/style set out.
  • Bringing in creative and original ideas to produce outstanding imagery.
  • Being aware of current sporting talking points, recognising potential design opportunities.
  • Reacting quickly to briefs and adapting to feedback from the Social Media team.
  • Liaising with Social Media Supervisors and Managers regarding workflow.
  • Building a portfolio library of evergreen imagery.
