The main focus of this role will be working on our internal communication, building on our established intranet, creating case studies and workingwith the entire business to help everyone get their message across.   • Work with the Marketing Manager to lead and shape the internal communication plan
  • Lead the development and content plan for our internal communications
  • Spend time with stakeholders around the business to help them share success from their departments.
  • Work with our design team to create assets and company literature
  • Analyse data and analytics to plan and edit content to raise engagement throughout the business
  • Working to help build our social channels
  • Work with the Marketing team to create content
  • Support the tender team with your creative writing and organisational skills
What youll have
  • A degree in a related subject
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience with SharePoint, although not essential, would be beneficial
LocationThe role will be based three days in our Stoke office and two days from home; national travel will sometimes be required to visit our head office and sites around the UK.Interviews will be held on Monday 5th July at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent, this date is subject to change.
