Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Hanley, Stoke On Trent, is looking for Advisors to support their Family Public law Service Lines. This is a temporary role for until July 2023, Monday to Friday with the service line open between 8.00am to 5.30pm (requiringfull cover on a rota basis), 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £11.28 p/hr.Please note the start date of this role is Monday 16th January 2023, please only apply if you are able to start on this dateThe role will be the first point of contact for users of the court services and you will be assisting them with various queries relating to their cases, supporting them with advice regarding online processes or general queries, as well as ensuring cases areprogressing in line with service needs.This role is within a contact centre and is telephone based with a very small amount of administration required, therefore you must be comfortable spending most of your day on the telephone. Applicants ideally must have inbound contact centre experience ofdealing with queries from members of the public which can range from sign posting to queries that are more difficult and sensitive in nature. However, those with strong customer service skills will be considered. You must be resilient due to the sensitivenature of the subject matter of some of the calls, have a sense of urgency due to the time sensitive nature of some queries yet also have excellent attention to detail.Please note you will receive an induction and attend their training academy to allow you full training and support for the role. The training academy will last around 6-8 weeks, which is fully paid. Except for the first day, the first 2 weeks will be from home.The remaining 4-6 weeks of training will be fully on site and once the client are happy with your capability, the role will be hybrid. For successful candidates we would require a clear DBS (which we process free of charge) to be in place, and three years referencing on file in order to get you started.
