Our client is a global company based in the heart of Stoke on Trent. This is a well-established business which has enjoyed success over the years. They are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join their team and work across departments such as Operations,Quality and Purchasing. This position is an integral part of the team and will involve working in the administrative aspects of the companys systems.Duties of the Compliance Assistant include:* Administration of the quality system; verification of incoming certificates of analysis and supplier approvals* H&S and environmental administration* Risk evaluation* Internal auditing* Supporting 2nd & 3rd party audits and inspections* The Compliance Assistant will amend and create documentation including Procedures and Standard Operating Instructions* Collection of site data and analysisCandidate Requirements:* IOSH, NEBOSH qualifications* Experience in working with management systems including H&S, Quality and Environmental* The Compliance Assistant will have a manufacturing background* An IEMA qualification (Institute of Environmental Management)* Ideally an auditor qualification or working towards a CQI status* Someone with strong interpersonal skills and who has good time managementHours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week)Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOEBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
