Adecco Stoke are looking for Compliance Administrators to join our ever expanding client within the recruitment industry who are based in Keele, Newcastle - Under - Lyme.Initial training period (estimated 3-4 weeks) you will be required to be based full time in the Keele office. After training progression, this will become a hybrid position- office attendance at least 3 days a week, the remaining days working remotelyfrom home.These roles are temporary positions with immediate starts. The duration will initially be for 3 months until the end of June with chance of extension.Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30ph OR 9:30am-6:00pm, £10.39ph.Working with a dedicated team who provide recruitment support to a national account, the primary function of this role is to work within a team environment and be responsible for ensuring that candidates starting within clients businesses are compliant tothe clients background screening requirements, completed within strict SLAs.Your duties as a Compliance Administrator could include tasks such as reaching out to external companies to reference check, processing DBS checks, conducting right to work checks. Other duties will include administrative tasks such as collating audit packsand maintenance of CRM databases to ensure a smooth running of the onboarding process of candidates and providing support to candidates throughout the process.Essential skills for this role include proficiency using computers, data entry, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
