Job Description

If youre a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse based in Stoke On Trent or the surrounding areas looking for a new, challenging and rewarding Career in Community Mental Health and Supported Living, if so, we want to hear from you today! The client were working with are looking for compassionate Community Practice Nurses and will pay a competitive salary of up between £30,000 and £34,000 Dependent on your experience. In this role you will be Supporting Service users in their own homes along with a dedicated team of Support workers and managers. You will have clinical oversight of the packages in your Geographical location, the role is Home based with regional travel as and when needed.If you were already in this CPN position in Stoke on Trent, your responsibilities this week might have included: Protecting and supporting the health of individual patients/residents Overseeing medication management, including administering, ordering and stock control Carrying out general nursing duties, including general observations and blood-sugar testing Development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes, including discharge planning for each patientTo apply, you will need to have the relevant nursing qualifications and be an RMN or RNLD with an active NMC PIN. Youll also be dedicated to nursing within a friendly environment where you will build long-lasting relationships with your residents.
