Job Description

Adecco Stoke are looking for a friendly and reliable caretaker to join our public sector client located in Stoke on Trent ST4 area. Applicants will be responsible for the opening/ closing of premises and the general maintenance of the building. The successfulcandidate will work as part of a small team to complete tasks within the grounds. Duties involve

  • Gardening and performing landscape duties
  • Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order
  • Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
  • Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation
  • Adhering to the companys safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
You will need to undergo a basic DBS check. Rate of pay from £10.50ph. Full and part time hours are available Monday-Friday.5:30am-11:30am11:00am-7:00pm.Hours can be flexible if required for the right person.Candidate Requirements-
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Previous care-taking experience or similar preferred
  • Friendly and positive attitude
